This class will begin with warm-ups and getting you centred on the mat. We then move to hip, hamstring & heart openers followed by restorative sequences for digestion around stomach and spleen area.

1 hour

This session will focus on full body strengthening followed by restorative yoga flows for renewal.

An ex-googler who chose to follow her passion for yoga, she also conducts retreats across Asia and Europe. Her classes are known their complimentary restorative and strengthening styles.
