 I've taken part in yoga classes on and off for many years and currently also take a class one evening per week. I must say that Rupali is the best teacher I have ever had! I suffer from a mild form of high blood pressure and I have been monitoring this before and after classes. I've noticed that my systolic readings can drop by up to 20 and diastolic readings by up to 10 after a class.
