Two classes for the price of one
6 & 7 June (Sat & Sun)
Each 1-hour class will begin with warm-ups and getting you centred on the mat. We then move to poses that lengthen & stretch your muscles in a safe & effective way under the watchful eye of your teacher building up on poses over the two days. The classes will conclude with some guided body-scan meditation to leave your body & mind feeling calm and energised.
I did not think an online yoga class could ever be as engaging or fulfilling as a face-to-face practice. This class proved me wrong - it made my day!

HOW TO JOIN THE CLASSES
Sign up below and receive the class link in your inbox. Click on the link from your laptop or phone to join the class.
Place your device 6 ft away from your yoga mat. Turn on your camera so the teacher can see you.
