Sunitha left behind a career as a software developer for some of the largest tech giants to follow her passion for yoga full time and has now taught hundreds of students through her own studio & workshops. She focuses now on channeling the power of asanas, breathing practices and meditation techniques to manage modern day lifestyle stresses.
Known for her powerful style and personalisation for each student, she has done intensive studies in anatomy, yoga philosophy and preventative Ayurveda.
