HOW TO JOIN A CLASS
All you need is an internet connected laptop, tablet or phone and you're good to go. Just pick a class, set up your device facing your yoga mat at a 6 ft distance. And click to join your class.
Sign up below and receive the class link in your inbox. Click on the link from your laptop or phone to join the class.
Place your device 6 ft away from your yoga mat. Turn on your camera so the teacher can see you.

How do I register for a class?It's pretty straightforward really: Go to our booking page > Pick the class you want to join and click on "Sign Up" > Fill in your details and complete the booking. That's it!
How will the class be conducted?We use two way video conferencing to enable easy interaction with your teacher and fellow yogis through Zoom that has been configured safely by our security experts. After you have booked a class, you will receive instructions to join the class on Zoom. You can install Zoom on any internet connected device - your smartphone, laptop or tablet, and at the scheduled time, just click on the link in your email and join your class.
How do I prepare for the class?Once you're booked for a class, make sure you follow these simple steps to set up in the right manner to make the most of your class: Install Zoom on your laptop or tablet so you can get a clear view of the teacher. If not, a smartphone will also work.. Place your yoga mat parallel in front of your device at a distance of 6 feet. Login into your Zoom link preferably 5 to 10 minutes before the start time and get to know your fellow yogis. Make sure to turn on your camera so the teacher can ensure you're practising safely and correct your posture. Please take your main meal at least two hours before the class
