BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE

Have you ever wanted to try yoga but didn't know where to start? Or have you been practising your downward dogs but not sure what it really does for your body and mind

PART 1

Introduction to core tenets of yoga. The expert explains the terms often used in the class like 'engage your core', 'lengthen your body' or 'square your hips' and how to do them yourself. Introduction to sun salutation.

PART 2

The progressive course introduces you to a series of 'flows' to get the energy going and heart-rate up followed by key breathing techniques. Practice of must-do strengthening postures of Yoga. 

PART 3

Day 3:  Your bodies and minds are now prepared to progress to 14 rounds of sun salutations. The course rounds up with transformation in your strength, stamina and flexibility, that you will experience yourself.
